Tentang Saya

Assalaamualaikum Wr Wb.....
     Nama saya Satrio Harry Wibowo , kelahiran cirebon jawa barat pada 27 desember 1994.
Jebolan TK Bahagia ( 2001 ) , SDN Karang Anom II ( 2007 ) , SMPN 14 Cirebon ( 2010 ) and Insya allah akan meninggalkan SMKN 1 Cirebon pada tahun 2013.
     Aktivitas saya sekarang hanya bersekolah , bereksperimen dengan ribuan resiko gagal , and mengejar impian.
     hoby bermain bola , maenan elektronika , maen gitar , browsing dsb..........................

Kali ini saya akan menampilkan skema beserta lay out PCB KranK Guitar effect , berhubung saya belum pernah mencoba mebuat alat ini bagi yang udah berhasil haraf bagi2 informasinya ya..............

Skematik

berikut adalah gambar skema  beserta daftar komponennya 

PCB Lay Out

 

Gambar Lay out diatas bisa kita print untuk ditempelkan ke PCB sehingga kita tidak perlu repot - repot menggambar di PCB.
caranya :

1.  Kita print gambar Lay Out
2.  Photo copy gambar yang sudah kita print menggunakan plastik OHP atau kertas kalendar.
3.  Bersihkan PCB yang akan kita gunakan dengan pembersih atau minyak kayu putih
4.  Strikalah gambar tadi ke PCB hingga gambar menempel ke PCB
5.  Ceklah gambar yang sudah kita sablon jika ada gambar yang terputus perbaiki atau dipertebal menggunakan spidol permanent
6.  Jika gambar sudah sesuai yang kita harapkan baru deh kita celupin ke ferrycloride........................

Pada rangkaian ini kita mebutuhhkan :

•  IC 4017
•  IC 555
•  Elco 33uF/10V
•  capasitor 22n
•  resistor 220 ohm 1/4 watt & 1/2 watt
•  resistor 10 ohm
• variable resistor 20k
• LED ( sesuai kebutuhan )

Bagi yang penasaran and mau ngebuat semua komponennya ada koq ditoko apalagi IC nya cma 4017 and 555.
